Continuation of Tier 4 from 30th Dec

Following the government announcement yesterday afternoon (Weds 30th Dec) that more parts of the country will be put into Tier 4 from today, in addition to the areas that were already in Tier 4. This means that we will not be restarting any of our sessions until further notice.

Club members should check the website on a regular basis for any updates following any announcements. These may not be made immediately following any changes, but we will advise once we are in a position to do so.

Any new players looking to attend our sessions in the future should register their interest via email to info@harlowbasketball.com (excluding any new players who received a confirmation email with details for attending the last session before Xmas break – Sat 19th Dec).

NOTE: Due to restrictions on the number of players we can have at sessions we operate a waiting list once all spots for the sessions are filled up. A few of our junior age groups have a waiting list and these are ordered by the enquiries received and then parent replying for confirmation to be added to the waiting list.

Hawks Skills Centre update – Xmas Hols Sessions

Change to Tier-3 – Basketball Sessions

With the announcement that Harlow and some other parts of Essex will move to Tier 3 from Weds 16th Dec, we would like to advise that this change does not impact the sessions that we are currently running.

So our regular coaching sessions will be on as normal (inc Sat 19th Dec) up to our Xmas break as per the post ‘NO SESSIONS – details of dates‘ on the right under Recent Posts.

We would like to remind parents/players of the following important points for when coming to sessions:

  • Facemasks to be worn when entering venues and during screening process (exceptions are the primary age groups or anyone with a medical exemption\reason). Players should continue to wear face masks until they enter activity area.
  • All players are required to bring a small sanitiser bottle with them, may be asked at screening about this and also requested to show it (exception is for any sessions in the Skills Centre).
  • Parents must be present until screening process has finished, just in case we are unable to allow someone to participate in the session and they need to return home.
  • Players must have a water bottles for sessions.

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Stay Safe.
